Our web seminars are $30 - $100.
Our live seminars range in price from $200-$500.

When and How Long are the live Hollywood Seminars?
Generally, Hollywood Seminars are two days long. Saturday and Sundays start at 9am.
Saturday ends at 5:30pm, and Sunday ends at 4:30pm, so graduates can drive or fly home.

Where are the live Hollywood Seminars held?
Hollywood Seminars are held in comfortable, pleasant surroundings in the Hollywood
area, and near the major studios in the San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valleys.
That depends on which facilities are available, and when they're not shooting movies.

Where is the closest airport?
The closest airport to us is Burbank (BUR), just behind the Hollywood sign.
We recommend our students fly into Burbank, if their flights can connect there.
If you are on an international flight, you must fly into Los Angeles International (LAX),
14 miles to the southwest, and then plan on a 1-2 hour drive, depending on traffic.

How late can I sign up?
If you're paying for your registration with a check, you must sign up at least
5 days in advance, to give your funds time to clear our bank.
You may sign up after that, on or before the first seminar day, with cash, cashier's check,
money order, or valid credit card.

Will you send a confirmation?
Yes, you will receive written confirmation of your seminar enrollment.
We prefer to send email, because it is immediate.
If you specially request it, we will send a letter or fax.

Will my name be on a list?
Yes, your Seminar Leader will have your name on a class list, and we will make
every effort to make sure that you have arrived, before we begin.
Please be prompt, so we can start (and end) on time.

Yes, we accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.
You may register online right now, or send mail or fax, or phone to register.

the morning of the seminar, then we will let you sign up. FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED only.

We're sorry, but we can NOT accept checks at the door. (Please don't ask).
We will happily accept cash, cashier's check, money order or a valid credit card as payment.
(Save yourself a headache, please register in advance!)

No. We are sorry, but we cannot do that.

What is your refund policy?
If (at least 24 hours before the seminar) you find you cannot attend, please CALL US.
We would prefer to find another student to take your spot, and your call will allow us to do that.

If we can find someone to take your spot, we will give you a FULL REFUND.
If no one else can take your spot, we will offer you either:
A 50% refund, or Another session of the same seminar.
We'll let you "roll-over" (schedule and re-schedule) to another seminar two times only.

If you do not show up, and you haven't called, there is NO REFUND.

Can someone else come in my place?
Yes, if you notify us, so we may expect them.

Do seminars sometimes get re-scheduled or cancelled?
Yes, sometimes for various reasons, seminars must be re-scheduled
or even cancelled. If this happens, we'll let you know, so you can
choose to catch the next one, or receive a refund. Please make sure
we have your contact information, so we can contact you.

Can I get credit for the seminar for my college / junior college / job training?
Check with your college / junior college / job training. If they will accept
our certificate, that's dandy. (We are a seminar company, not an accredited college.)
If they need a letter, we'll try to accommodate. Please let us know when you're registering.

Do you have job placement?
Not as such, but many of our students have found paying Hollywood jobs from the
invaluable network contacts they make while attending our seminars.

Are there any follow-up services?
Yes. Your Hollywood Seminar includes a FREE ONE YEAR subscription to our online
Moviemaker's Newsletter and Forum, and FREE ONE YEAR phone / fax / email Mentoring for Your Project.
If we can help, we will! If we aren't able to help, we'll refer you to a qualified Hollywood Professional.

I need to know how to option a life story / form a limited partnership /
shoot without permits / pitch a film to Jodie Foster / work a 16mm Bolex /
write a script / edit on AVID. Will that be covered?
